Los estudiantes que han obtenido un diploma o han conseguido graduarse en alguna institución en Canadá, ahora son elegibles para recibir un permiso de 3 años para trabajar en el País. Adicionalmente, los graduados no necesitan tener una oferta de trabajo al momento de la aplicación y no necesitan aplicar fuera de Canadá.
