Synopsis:
Strong management experience in a fast-growing region
The Role
In this senior position you will build and lead the Latin American management team and spearhead our mission to drive aggressive growth across the continent.
Your responsibilities will include overall strategy, development of sales and marketing activities, recruitment and performance of managers, and oversight of P&L.
You will lead an entrepreneurial and international business and directly influence its development and growth.
This role is only appropriate for applicants with significant management experience.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• Finance/Business Administration degree.
• 10+ years of high-level international business experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional leadership ability
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
• Professional experience with a large company during a period of change and/or high growth
Requirements (Optional)
• Masters in Business Administration degree
• Additional language skills
Additional information
This position will require extensive international travel to oversee our markets and liaise with senior EF management.
