The Role
As a Supervisor you will join our European Call Center team in Amsterdam and together with the call center manager, will be in charge of coordinating, managing & animating our teams of international telesales staff.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Coordination, training, management & administration of multi-cultural teams of callers for outbound/inbound calls Language group
• Coordination with sales countries (campaigns, offers, enquiries files)
• Script writing for telemarketing campaigns
• Statistics & analysis of TLM campaigns

Requirements (All Candidates)
• Graduate studies
• Fluency in English, German, Italian, and/or French
• Excellent management & team animation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a highly sales-oriented, customer-focused nature with cultural awareness, proactive with a team spirit, who thrives under high pressure and wants to work in an uncontrolled environment with very few restrictions, flexible attitude towards work, experience of working in a Call Centre a plus
• Autonomous and organized
