A hands-on approach to our business with a defined P&L responsibility and a stepping stone to senior management
The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will join the Japanese management team.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, creating marketing plans and strategies for various product expansions, coordination of operational activities, development and leadership of sales staff and P&L control.
The Business Development Manager role is a pivotal one at EF and a popular launch-pad for senior management.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• Marketing/Business Administration/Equivalent degree.
• 2 – 3 years work experience in sales and marketing for a respected company.
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts.
• Tested Leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Japanese.
Requirements (Optional)
• Experience in a service-oriented industry.
Additional information
In order to liaise with senior management this position will require international travel.
