Synopsis:
A hands-on approach to our business with a defined P&L responsibility and a stepping stone to senior management.
The Role
As a Country Product Manager (CPM) you will build an Indian product team and direct its sales and marketing activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, coordination of operational activities, development and leadership of sales staff, and P&L control.
The Country Product Manager role is a pivotal one at EF and a popular launch-pad for senior management.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• Marketing/Business Administration/Equivalent degree.
• 2 – 3 years work experience in sales and marketing for a respected company.
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts.
• Tested Leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in an Indian language.
Requirements (Optional)
• Experience in a service-oriented industry.
Additional information
In order to liaise with senior management this position will require international travel.
