The Role
In this senior position you will lead the Dutch management team and spearhead our mission to drive aggressive growth in this market.
Your responsibilities will include overall strategic development, coordination of day-to-day sales and marketing activities, development of staff, and oversight of P&L.
You will lead an entrepreneurial and international business and directly influence its development and growth in a developing nation.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• Marketing/Business Administration/Equivalent degree
• 5+ years work experience in sales and marketing for a respected international company
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
• Tested leadership ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Dutch
Requirements (Optional)
• Master of Business Administration degree
• Experience in a service-oriented industry
Additional information
In order to liaise with airline partners or senior management this position will require occasional international travel.
