Synopsis
Run the on-the-road EF Blue Bus marketing project. No other job like this on Earth!
The Role
As a Tour Manager you will be in charge of the unique on-the-road marketing project that has taken EF Education First to meet with students in almost every city in Europe during the last 5 years.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, driving an historical Double Decker Routemaster bus around Europe, liaising with regional sales offices, supporting their local marketing campaigns and carefully planning and executing all the logistics required by an almost non-stop road show. You will be ready and motivated to autonomously tackle and solve contingencies relying on your adventure spirit, resourcefulness and problem solving attitude.
In the process, you will get exposure to an amazing variety of passionate people, different cultures and life experiences that will take you well outside your comfort zone and provide you with new challenges every single day.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• Bus driving license
• Basic knowledge of mechanics
• EU passport or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience of operations in the travel and event industry
• Ability and aspiration to travel on the road abroad for long periods
• Extremely resourceful and outstanding problem solver
• Used to deal with international environments and understand different cultures
Additional information
The nature of this position will require continuous international travel.
