The Role
As Strategic Online Partnership and e-Marketing Manager - Europe you will join the fast-moving Englishtown Europe management team and will report directly to senior management in London and Hong Kong. Your main objective will be to maximize European sales from our e-marketing sites in a measurable and consistent manner and build a practicable strategy for growth in this area.
Your responsibilities will include (1) Media buying, (2) Website Analytics, (3) Marketing/Sales reporting and analysis, (4) Traffic management, and (5) Online channel management. This position reports to the Englishtown Vice-President – Europe.
Fill a pivotal role in driving the company’s market positioning, you will lead the growth and define the direction of our regional marketing. From building a team to implementing your defined strategies, you will manage your own budget.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• Relevant business or marketing undergraduate degree at a minimum
• 2 - 3 years in an web agency, online division department of a major corporation or web business
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years in an web agency, online division department of a major corporation or internet business
• Experience with managing multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural projects
• Strong analytical ability and experience in data analysis using MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and one of French, Italian, German or Spanish
• Sales-minded, energetic and positive, as well as very detail oriented

Additional Information
In order to work closely with our global marketing and product teams in Asia and with the local markets, this position will require international travel.
